I recently bought two rollee pollee trackballs,because I love them, however, one of them isn’t working right. Can I get it replaced?
I have bought many of these for my disabled brother. He is unable to use the regular mouse, he needs the hand held. I was very happy with my first shipment but the second shipment I received several did not work. I called and they told me to ship them back and they would replace, which I did and never received anything in return. I would like to try them again but want to know that you will make them right if they are no good??
